Privacy policy
What we collect
Your phone number, the listings you create, and how you use the product. National ID images are used solely for verification, encrypted at rest, and never shown to other users.
What we never do
We don't sell personal data. We don't reveal your phone number without your explicit in-chat consent. We don't read private chats — automated safety scanning flags patterns, not people.
Your rights (Law 09-08)
Under Morocco's Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, enforced by the CNDP, you may access, correct, download or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion completes within 30 days, with a recovery window in case you change your mind.
Retention
Deal records are kept 24 months for dispute resolution; audit logs likewise. Everything else is deleted with your account.
