The marketplace
Lowkar connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to the sale. Fair-price verdicts are statistical estimates, not valuations or guarantees.
Your listing
You confirm the car is yours to sell and described truthfully. Misleading listings are removed; repeat misrepresentation ends the account.
Payments
Listing is free for individuals. Boosts, Sell Fast, inspections and dealer subscriptions are paid services with prices shown before checkout. Fees are non-refundable once the service is delivered, except Sell Fast with zero bids.
Conduct
No off-platform payment solicitation, no harassment, no fraud. We may suspend accounts that put other users at risk; suspensions can be appealed within 14 days.
